1. Start the main motor, run at low speed, then adjust the edge control, and divide the membrane in the middle position.

3. Adjust the heat sealing knife to make it within the required range of the bag.
4. Adjust the slitting blade to the desired position, and adjust the punching position to the scissors.
5. Preliminarily adjust the machine speed, take a flat sample bag for preliminary inspection, if it fails to meet the specified requirements, take another flat sample bag for heat sealing value test.
6. Tidy out the bags produced, and select the bags with quality defects (such as folds, tunnels, pattern, knife lines, poor thermal bonding, four seals, etc.) and bundle them well according to the regulations.

8. In the production process, observe the bag-making situation at any time and find abnormal, and adjust immediately.
Third, stop
1. Disconnect the main power switch, and then disconnect the power switch of all parts.
2. Clean up machine hygiene and site hygiene, and send the products to the general inspection room.
3. Keep accurate and tidy records on duty.
Four, packing
1. Packing: the machine staff will sort out the products in this process, select the unqualified products with quality defects (such as folding, tunnel, pattern, knife line, improper thermal bonding, four seals, pattern inconformity, etc.), tie up the qualified products and hand them to the machine quality inspector for inspection.
2. Inspection: the machine quality inspector shall inspect the quantity and quality one by one. After the quantity and quality are qualified, they shall be loaded into the box according to the requirements and put into the packing list; The selected nonconforming products shall be placed in the cartons marked "nonconforming".
3. The machine personnel shall send the products on duty to the appearance quality inspection room.
4. The chief quality inspector shall take out the products for inspection in accordance with the specified proportion, and pack them for storage after passing the inspection.
