(1) Feeding rack

(2) Tailstock cots
Two cots are compacted and driven by a small motor to rotate and pull the film.
(3) Shutter
Shutter is generally made of mat or plastic, mainly to play a pressing material, tension control role. An inductor behind the cursor detects if there is a film ahead to control the running and stopping of the tailstock cots motor. When there is a stop, there is no move.
(4) Suspension board
Made of stainless steel, play a flat film, prevent the bag wrinkles, ensure the bag size function. So the pause plate should be flat. Above the film can be put light weight items to flatten the film.
(5) Light eyes
The length of the bag, the position of the cut, and the length of the color marker are controlled by tracking the change of the printing color level on the bag. The light eye can be moved back and forth by adjusting both ends of the screws, and the light eye stop position can be corrected (2-3mm). Add a piece of white paper under the film where the light eye is facing to increase its sensitivity. If the pattern is complex, you can also pad the pattern with white paper to ensure that the pattern under the light is straight and there is no other color or pattern interference before and after.
Optical eye location: a flat line. (2) There is no other pattern interference before the pattern, otherwise it will affect the light eye stop position.
(6) Sealing
The sealing knife is triangular in shape with a set of rollers at each end to ensure that the film runs smoothly at the sealing knife. The pad roller is generally a heat-resistant silicone roller. There is a layer of heat-resistant tape on the knife and the silicone roller. There are two copper tiles at both ends of the sealing knife, which can control the sealing knife up and down. Therefore, lubricating oil should be added frequently here.
Change knife cloth: (1) first use sandpaper to polish the sealing knife.
(2) Stick the knife cloth in the middle of the knife and drive it to both sides to avoid bubbles and folds in the middle of the knife cloth, otherwise it will lead to virtual seal.
(7) Adjust the bit bar
By adjusting the screw to control the height of the iron bar, thereby adjusting the film cutting position.
(8) Corrugated cots
There is a spring on the roller to avoid the film winding caused by static electricity and a special motor to control its operation. Special electrostatic eliminator is provided before sealing knife and after cutting knife (a iron bar with a row of iron needles).
(9) Cutting knife
There are two upper and lower cutting knives, the lower cutting knife is fixed, the blade is tilted upward at an Angle of 5°, and the upper cutting knife falls to cut the film. The cutting knife is mostly cast iron, the two ends of the knife add lubricating oil. The upper cutter fixing screw can be adjusted to control the front and back distance when it comes into contact with the lower cutter.
(10) Fold
The folding is divided into three steps, and the bag making machine automatically folds. If the customer requires the package to be wrapped outwards and rolled up, the drum is rotated clockwise. If the letter is turned inward, the drum rotates counterclockwise when it is rolled up.
